Many people who are interested in purchasing an iPhone Spy App are put off because they are afraid that they might find it difficult to install, or they are worried that the person using the phone would notice that the software was installed and become suspicious.

Getting Physical Access to the iPhone
Gaining access to the phone can be done in a number of ways, the simplest of which is to buy a new phone expressly for the purpose! Got a birthday, graduation or an anniversary coming up? Buy a new iPhone! Valentine’s Day on the horizon? How about a new iPhone along with those dozen roses? (And yes guys, you should still get the roses as well. Just an iPhone alone won’t cut it! Ladies, you can probably skip this step and try beer instead!!)
Alternatively, it’s usually not difficult to borrow someone’s phone for a short while – if you can time it when the user of the phone will be busy for a short while (e.g. taking a shower, eating dinner, doing homework or similar) then they would not notice you being alone with the phone for a few minutes.
If the phone belongs to a son or daughter it’s even easier – wait for them to do something that warrants some kind of punishment, and simply revoke their cellphone privileges for a few hours! When you return the phone to them later, it will have a spy app already installed.
Jailbreaking the iPhone
Of course, the iPhone must be jailbroken first, because the spy app runs in the background and uses stealth technology to ensure that its presence is not discovered. As you might imagine, this is something that cannot be achieved on a non-jailbroken iPhone.
However – never fear! Installing the spy app
This is the easiest step of all – once you have the jailbroken phone in your hands, this literally takes a few minutes to install and set up, following the instructions for the application.
Again – it might help you to make sure you have read the instructions a few times so you are familiar with the steps. This is to ensure that you can do it in the fastest time.
Done!
Once you have installed the iPhone spy application on the phone, that’s it! The user of the phone need never know it has been installed, and it will cover its tracks for you, effectively appearing to be invisible to the user.

Can any of these iphone spy apps be embedded in itunes so it’ll sync in on it’s own?
Unfortunately not, since the app must run on a jailbroken iPhone. The real reason why this is required is so the app can be running at the same time as any other applications, as a real ‘background’ app without being seen by the user of the iPhone.
However, when you purchase any of the iPhone spy apps, they all come with complete step-by-step instructions on how to jailbreak the phone, and it can usually be done within 30 minutes by someone who has not done it before. If you buy one of the top-end spy apps (such as Spyera SPYPhone http://buyspyera.com/ ) it will even completely hide the fact that the phone is jailbroken from the user, so they need never know.
Is there an alternative product that does not require physical installation in the target phone?
The target guards the phone, it would be impossible to gain physical access long enough.

one problem though is the person will realize their phone is jailbroken by the cyndia app icon on the springboard… no?
Generally, the more expensive the spy package is, the more trouble it goes to to hide itself from the user of the target phone.
The most expensive packages make it so that it would be difficult for a determined user with some technical knowledge would find it difficult to determine that the phone has been jailbroken – and an average user would not have a chance of finding out.
And of course, none of them installs Cydia on the Springboard! It would be a total giveaway.
